We ask that attendees RSVP using this form, if possible, but anyone unable to RSVP will be welcome.
Location
The Annex is a short walk from the 116 St./Columbia University station of the 
line of the New York Subway, accessible via a gate on the north side of West 116th Street. Other transit options, including the M11 bus, which runs on Amsterdam Ave, can be found using the MTA's website or transit guide of your choice. Parking in Morningside Heights is quite limited, but spaces may be available in local parking garages or streets near the conference.
